Trainings (CE Eligible)
Purpose:
To deepen knowledge and expand therapeutic skills for mental health professionals through integrative, trauma-informed, and creative approaches.
Format:
Structured, facilitator-led sessions—typically longer in duration (half-day to multi-day)—that may include lectures, experiential learning, discussion, and practice. CE credits offered when applicable.
Audience:
Therapists, counselors, social workers, and other healing professionals seeking continuing education and holistic tools to enhance their clinical work.
Outcome:
Participants leave with new insights, frameworks, or interventions they can ethically and confidently bring into their professional practice.

Workshops
Purpose:
Deep personal growth and skill-building through structured, facilitator-led sessions.

Individuals seeking tools for self-exploration, healing, or learning a new practice.

Community Events
Purpose:
Foster connection, belonging, and mutual support within the center’s community.
Format:
Looser, informal gatherings—often shorter or ongoing—such as group check-ins, intention circles, seasonal celebrations, or coworking sessions.
Audience:
Anyone in the community wanting to connect, share, and support others in a relaxed setting.
Outcome:
Builds relationships, offers communal care, and nurtures a sense of shared healing.
