Welcome to the Soulbird Center for the Healing Arts

We are a collaborative space dedicated to spiritual formation, creativity, and community healing. We offer trauma-informed trainings, workshops, and community events led by a diverse group of practitioners, artists, and facilitators. Our work draws on spiritual, psychological, and creative traditions to support meaning-making, ethical accompaniment, and collective care. We are a 3rd place for learning, reflection, and creative healing in community.

Our values

Liberation.
Healing.
Connection.
Creativity.
Reciprocity.

About our model

While our work is rooted in community care, this is not a nonprofit- and intentionally so. We've chosen a business structure that allows for flexibility, sustainability, and creativity without the red tape of traditional funding models.

Right now, our offerings are still growing, but every membership or collaboration supports the quiet, foundational work of building something more.

Your support helps us:

  • keep this space grounded in intention

  • compensaste facilitators and contributors

  • offer accesible and equity-based programming over time

Our Story

Soulbird Center for the Healing Arts

“I created this center because I saw a deep need for spaces that go beyond the limits of traditional psychotherapy. People are longing for more holistic ways to heal—spaces that integrate creativity, spirituality, and embodied practices. I envisioned a kind of modern-day gym, not just for emotional and spiritual well-being, but also for learning and growth. A place where people could come not only to heal, but to train, deepen their practice, and expand their understanding. A third space—outside of church and outside of the clinical setting—where individuals can slow down, go inward, and also find community. Healing and learning are lifelong processes, and I wanted to create a place where both are honored, supported, and shared.

This center is rooted in values of liberation, care creativity, and reciprocity. It's for the teachers and the seekers, the therapists and the artists, the inuitives and the bodyworkers. It's for people blending multiple callings- those whose work doesn't always fit inside one box.

Here we invite many ways of knowing. We honor ancient wisdom, intuitive healing, and culturally rooted traditions alongside professional practice. "
