Many of us move through the world carrying multiple identities, histories, cultures, spiritual traditions, and ways of knowing. Yet we often find ourselves in spaces where only certain parts of us feel welcome, understood, or acknowledged.
The Rest Circle was created as a place where you don't have to leave parts of yourself at the door.
This gathering invites practitioners, healers, helping professionals, creatives, and community members to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore healing through reflection, creativity, community, and multiple ways of knowing.
Together, we'll create space to listen inward, honor our stories, and connect with others who are seeking authenticity, belonging, and deeper conversations about healing, culture, ancestry, identity, and spirituality.
No artistic experience is necessary. You are welcome to bring an art journal, creative project, writing practice, or simply come as you are.
What to Expect
- Opening grounding and community-building practice
- Guided reflection and contemplative prompt
- Creative exploration and co-working space
- Optional sharing and witnessing within community
- Closing reflections
This is not therapy, supervision, or consultation. Rather, it is a reflective community space designed to support connection, creativity, and self-exploration.
In order to keep this gathering sustainable and accessible, we offer donation-based registration tiers. Please choose the level that best reflects your current capacity.
A Zoom link will be provided after registration.
