Ca'ren is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in North Carolina who focuses on helping individuals and couples explore the most authentic & connected versions of themselves through various modalities blending my intuitive gifts, spiritual technologies and clinical expertise. She works from a soul-centered approach in which she focuses on cultivating an open space for metamorphosis and transformation to occur. Her approach is holistic and integrative, encouraging clients to get to know themselves in new ways, which allows them to fully embody all the parts that make us whole.

Discovering Human Design in 2021 shed light on Ca'ren's unique energy as a Manifestor, guiding her towards self-awareness and understanding on a deeper level. Exploring her Human Design and Astrology charts in late 2022 was transformative, providing insight into her natural gifts and calling as an alchemist. By embracing her design, she unlocked innate abilities in clairsentience, clairvoyance, and claircognizance, and honed skills in various healing modalities.

With consent, her sessions may integrate spiritual technologies and ancestral techniques like incorporating and discussing ancestral veneration, using oracle or tarot in sessions, or using human design or astrology to help clients better understand the patterns of their lives and relationships. Her passion for blending the realms of spirituality, psychology, and sexuality led her to her role as Secretary of the Intuitive Clinicians Council, a non-profit with a mission of legitimizing and restoring the use of Intuition and spiritual practices in mental health and clinical care.
